How to Be a Highly Effective Leader: A Primer pulls from Roth's decades of lectures, writing, and professional service in higher education to explore core leadership traits valuable to anyone, from an individual or small business, all the way up to a larger organization or on even a governmental level. The book focuses on flourishing through active listening, taking initiative, and inspiration over coercion.
